Site "F" 24 hour Permits are available to those residing on East Hartsdale Avenue and 1-11 Columbia Avenue. Site F Permits are sold on a semi-annual basis.
The garage is a walk-up multi-level structure. 24-hour permits are valid for Level 4 of the parking structure only.
Rate for 2025 Semi-Annual Permit: $799 (valid from January 1 to June 30)
Rate for 2025 Semi-Annual Permit: $799 (valid from July 1 to December 31)
For those purchasing semi-annual permits, renewal applications will be mailed in advance of expiration. Failure to renew on time will result in the forfeiture of your parking permit privilege as the permit must be offered to the next person on the wait list.
