Resident Commuter Parking Permits are available to those residing in the Unincorporated Town of Greenburgh excluding those on East Hartsdale Avenue and 1-11 Columbia Avenue which are within walkable proximity to the train (having sidewalks, street lighting and BeeLilne Bus Service along East Hartsdale Ave. to and from the Metro North station). They are sold on an annual and calendar quarter basis.
There is a limit of 2 permits per household.
Commuter permits allow for "daily" parking, they are not 24 hour parking permits. Overnight Parking is not permitted at any commuter sites during the hours of 2AM and 5AM.
Annual Commuter Permits- Annuals are renewed through the application deadline. They are valid January 1st - December 31.
Annual Commuter Permit Rate- Fee for 2023 Permits = $1,070
Quarterly Commuter Permits-Quarterly Commuter Parking permits are sold 4 times per year. You may apply for any current quarter within the first two months of the quarter (application must be received complete prior to the closing date listed on the application). Permit fees are not pro-rated. Quarterly permits are sold on a quarter to quarter basis only and may not be purchased in advance.
Renewal applications for future quarters will automaticially be mailed.
