Site "A" Overnight Parking Permits are available to those residing on East Hartsdale Avenue and 1-11 Columbia Avenue. They are sold on an annual or quarterly basis.
Site A Overnight Permit holders must park on level 2 ONLY from 6PM to 9AM Monday through Saturday. Overnight Permits WILL NOT BE HONORED ON ANY OTHER LEVELS. Reminder: Permit is only valid from 6PM to 9AM Monday through Saturday. Meter feeding is prohibited - vehicle must be removed from the garage by 9AM sharp, Monday through Saturday.
Site "A" Overnight parking Permits are valid Monday through Saturday during the hours of 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M. and all day Sunday on Level 2. Your vehicle must be removed from the garage by 9:00 A.M. Monday through Saturday. Meter feeding prior to and after the valid time period is prohibited.
Saturday Parking for Overnight Permit holders: Free parking is offered to the general public on Saturdays & Sundays in Site A on non-metered levels 4 & 5 of the Site A Garage during the hours of 6 AM to 2 AM (NOT OVERNIGHT). Overnight permit holders may park on these levels on Saturday if space is available (there is no guarantee that a free space will be available). Overnight permit holders can not leave their cars overnight on these levels. Overnight permit holders must return to level 2 on Saturday night where they may leave their vehicle all day Sunday through Monday morning until 9AM.
Annual Site "A" Overnight Permits- Annual permits are sold through January 31st each year. They are valid January 1st - December 31. After January 31st you must apply for a quarterly permit.
Annual Site "A" Overnight Permit Rate - Fee for 2011 & 2012 Permits: $450
Quarterly Site "A" Overnight Permits - Quarterly Site "A" Overnight Parking permits are sold 4 times per year. You may apply for any current quarter within the first two months of the quarter (application must be received complete by the last day of the second month of each quarter). Permit fees are not pro-rated. Quarterly permits are sold on a quarter to quarter basis only and may not be purchased in advance.
Renewal applications for future quarters will automaticially be mailed.
1st Qtr January 1-March 31
2nd Qtr. April 1-June 30
3rd Qtr. July1-September 30
4th Qtr. October 1-December 31
Quarterly Site "A" Overnight Permit Rate for 2011 & 2012 Permits: $125 per quarter
The HPPD requires that each application submitted must be completed and signed by the applicant, contain the required documents outlined in the application package, and be submitted within the set deadline for the permit period for which you are applying.
