Site "A" Merchant Permits are available to those owning a business or who are employed by a business or professional office located in the East Hartsdale Avenue business district. They are sold on a quarterly or annual basis (annual permits are sold only to the business owner/propritor). There is a strict limit of 3 permits sold to any individual East Hartsdale Avenue business address.
Merchant Permits are NOT sold to any person residing on East Hartsdale Avenue, Wilson Street and/or Columbia Avenue).
Merchant Permit Parking at Site A is restricted to level 5 only. Merchant permits are not valid at any meters or in any other areas.
Annual Site "A" Merchant Permits- Annual permits are sold through January 31 of each year and are sold only to the business owner/proprietor. They are valid January 1st - December 31. Quarterly permit must be purchased thereafter.
Annual Site "A" Merchant Permit Rate- 2012 Annual- $500 (owners & proprietors may elect to purchase all 4 quarters at once provided application is received prior to January 31).
Quarterly Site "A" Merchant Parking Permits-Quarterly Site "A" Merchant Parking permits are sold 4 times per year on a calendar quarter basis. You may apply for any current quarter within the first two months of the quarter (application must be received complete by the last day of the second month of each quarter). Permit fees are not pro-rated. Quarterly permits are sold on a quarter to quarter basis only and may not be purchased in advance.
Renewal applications for future quarters will automaticially be mailed.

The Hartsdale Public Parking District reserves the right to
request proof of employment at it's discretion
