SITE "C" 24 HOUR PERMITS (Waiting List Only - see notes below)
Site "C" Parking Permits are available to those residing on East Hartsdale Avenue and 1-11 Columbia Avenue. Site C Permits are sold on an annual and quarterly basis.
Site 'C" Annual Permits- Annuals are sold through January 31 of each year. They are valid January 1st - December 31. Current Site "C" permit holders will forfeit their permit if they do no apply before January 31st.
Annual Site "C" Permit Rate- 2011 & 2012 Permits: $650
Site "C" Quarterly Permits-Quarterly Site "C" Parking permits are sold 4 times per year on a calendar quarter basis. Current Site "C" permit holders must renew prior to the quarterly deadlines listed below. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Site "C" permit. Permit fees are not pro-rated. Quarterly permits are sold on a quarter to quarter basis only and may not be purchased in advance.
1st Qtr. January 1-March 31
(application deadline- December 31st)
2nd Qtr. April 1-June 30
(application deadline-March 31st)
3rd Qtr. July1-September 30
(Application deadline-June 30th)
4th Qtr. October 1-December 31
(application deadline September 30th)
Site "C" Quarterly Permit Rate for 2011 & 2012 Permits - $175 per quarter
