Financial Information

The Hartsdale Public Parking District is aware that many of the buildings along E. Hartsdale Avenue experience flooding during inclement weather. As such, we offer everyone the ability to park at a meter and pay for a 24-hour parking session via the Passport Parking App, inside the Stephanie Kavourias Memorial - Site A Garage.  This will allow any vehicle owner to park in the garage overnight without the concern of flooding or ticketing.

Where in the garage can I park and use the emergency parking option?

Any resident on EHA seeking to park their vehicle in the garage due to excessive rainfall or snow can park in the Site A Garage on Levels 1 AND 2 at a metered space.  Parking on Levels 3, 4, or 5 is not permitted.

What information will I need to initiate the parking session via the Passport Parking App?

To initiate a parking session, use ZONE 10555, and for the space number, enter your license plate.

How much does the 24-hour session cost?

The total fee is $25 for a 24HR session.

What happens if I need more time?

Not a problem! Simply initiate another session once the original one expires.

What if I don’t have the app/I don’t wish to download it?

Not a problem! Simply initiate the session on the the passport parking website, using the “pay online” option; you will not have to download the app onto your phone.

What if my building is flooded and I need a longer-term parking option?

Outside of this option, the Hartsdale Public Parking District does not arrange short-term parking options with residents.  We encourage you to reach out to your building management company, which can then enter into an agreement with the District for parking accommodations for all residents affected.
