Commuter Parking Permit stickers that begin with the letters CA & CQ are valid in the following areas:
Note: Commuter Permits are NOT valid at parking meters (if you're in a metered space you are in the wrong location and will receive a parking violation - please refer to site location map to identify commuter permit sites).
Site “A”
Beginning January 2, 2007 Resident Commuter Permits (Permits beginning with "CA" or "CQ" will be valid at Site A on Level 4 ONLY. Commuter permits at this site will not be honored at any parking meter or in area designated for Merchant Permit parking (Level 5).
Site “D”
Open parking lot located off the southbound entrance ramp to the Bronx River Parkway
Any available valid parking space beyond the gated area (not valid at parking meters).
Site “E"
Pipeline Road
Any valid available space
Site “F”
Resident Commuter permits are valid in this 6 Level Parking Structure located at the end of the southbound Metro North platform. If parking outside of the garage, park only in spaces closest to the garage where signs indicate HPPD commuter parking. Spaces marked "reserved" are private property owned by 221 E. Hartsdale Avenue. These are not HPPD spaces! Vehicles will be towed by the owner of the spaces.
