At this time we are not issuing any additional Cashkeys. The metered parking in Sites B & D must be available for general public use; some spaces must be available to those who only wish to park for a day and use quarters. We have issued more keys than we have meters assuming that not everyone commutes everyday. Unfortunately we have realized that some Cashkey holders are not able to find a space. We are more than happy to issue a refund on the remaining balance on your Cashkey if you are experiencing this problem.

CashKey Information
For existing key holders: Please be sure to have your CashKey, driver's license and check with you. Our customer service window is located on parking level 3 of the Site A Garage. It is a walk-up window, not a drive-up. Please be sure to park legally in a metered space. We will not transact any business with anyone who blocks the travel lanes. CashKey reload hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 12 Noon.
In order to expedite your transaction we recommend that you have your check prepared in advance. The check should be payable to Hartsdale Public Parking District. The amount you may deposit on your key may be a minimum of $75 to a maximum key amount of $600. Please note, 15-hour meter rate will be $7.50 effective Monday, April 2, 2007.
